The course

In brief
Beginners: through progressive learning tailored to your level, you will learn hitting techniques, footwork and how to vary the shuttlecock's trajectories.
Good to know
You will be introduced to the rules and point scoring. If you already have experience in the discipline and want to improve your level of play, you can benefit from a course where you will perfect the basic technical strokes and the rules of refereeing in singles and doubles.
The notion of fair play will be emphasised.
