Contact the tennis manager to find out the slots available for the winter period before purchasing your subscription; 2.
Subscription payments are made directly online on our website https://app.big-captain.com/mounier/profile , by clicking on "buy a subscription". Payment of the subscription(s) in the basket must be finalised for it to be activated.
3. Subscription cancellation: Before 1 August: €30 penalty, between 1 and 20 August: €75 penalty, between 20 August and 20 September: €150 penalty, during the season: No refund possible; 4.
The subscriber is responsible for managing their bookings on the electronic calendar; 5. The first 26 weeks will be booked by default out of the 28 weeks of the season. These can then be modified by the subscriber via their account and the booking / cancellation rules.
During the winter Tennis season 6.
Requests to cancel sessions are made online at least 48 hours before the start time of the rental to be cancelled (subscriptions) or at the Centre reception (02/762.85.22); In the event of illness/injury, no refund or extension of the season will be authorised; 7.
A session cancelled before the 48-hour deadline is carried over to the subscription in the form of credits (1 credit = 30’), and allows a new online booking to be made within the 14 days before the desired date and before the subscription expiry date.
After this period, any unused balance will be lost; 8. For a particular reason (works, storm, severe cold, technical problem, tennis lessons or camps by the tennis school …), the subscriber may be transferred to another court, and must enquire at reception.
If a court is inaccessible, reception will be able to inform the subscriber of the court assigned to them. The session carry-over may only be invoked within the 48-hour periods provided; 9.
On the tennis courts, tennis shoes (flat soles with no particular tread) are required; users must pass the net at the end of the game; If a breach is noticed, the Centre's managers may require players to leave the courts without any refund and they will be required to pay a fine of €50.
10. The Sports Centre and Management accept no liability whatsoever in the event of accidents, theft, loss or any damage to objects, clothing…. Users are advised to take out personal insurance to cover theft or sporting accidents they may suffer; 11.
The Centre reserves the right to transfer you to another court with the same surface (works, energy saving, …); 12. The Centre's internal rules apply to all persons frequenting the Centre, whether as a customer, accompanying person, simple visitor, spectator, …
; 13. Use of the play and sports areas requires possession of a ticket (rental agreement, receipt…)
or special authorisation issued by Management; any person frequenting the Sports Centre must carry it and show it on first request by a member of staff; 14.
Users shall ensure that they only use the play or sports area allocated to them and that they start and finish their activities at the scheduled times, including the setting up and putting away of equipment; 15.
Any person occupying a court without having reserved it by contract or occasional rental shall be required to pay a fine of €50 in addition to the rental price of that court; It is forbidden to give lessons on the courts without the written authorisation of the Mounier Tennis Club.
16. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat … on all play and sports areas; 17. Anyone frequenting the Centre Sportif in any capacity whatsoever is asked to use the most correct language and to wear decent attire; 18.
All users are asked to keep the courts and changing rooms in a normally clean condition; 19. Any item rented or provided free of charge (keys, winding handles, balls, rackets…)
and leaving reception may be taken away on deposit of an identity document or other similar document approved by the receptionist; After the winter Tennis season 20.
The subscriber has a priority right to renew their day/time slot/court for the following year, except in the event of a request from the co-owners of the Centre or of the Ecole de Tennis Mounier. In that case, an alternative to the slot held by the subscriber will be offered to them as far as possible.
