Discover Shito-Ryu Karate.

In brief
Shito-Ryu is one of the main styles of traditional Japanese karate. Recognised for its technical richness and its balance between flexibility, power and efficiency, it offers a complete practice accessible to all ages.
Good to know
Our club is affiliated with the Shitokai, the leading Japanese organisation founded by master Kenwa Mabuni, creator of the Shito-Ryu style.
This affiliation guarantees teaching faithful to tradition and to the original principles of Shito-Ryu karate, while maintaining close links with Japanese experts at national and international courses.
The practice of Shito-Ryu develops physical fitness, coordination, concentration and self-confidence. Through the study of katas, partner work and defence techniques, it also passes on essential values such as respect, self-control and perseverance.
More than a sport, Shito-Ryu is a discipline that contributes to the harmonious development of body and mind.
