GETTING TO MOUNIER DURING THE WORKS

Brussels, 21 May 2024 – Just a few days to go before the major works begin. Make the most of the clear view over tennis courts 1 to 3 in the coming days, as the year-long building site will take over this spot. As a reminder, the sports centre is extending the climbing hall to add a bouldering room and creating a new building that will house 4 padel courts. The doors of our sports centre will of course remain open. The works will be concentrated at the front of the centre, on the avenue Emmanuel Mounier side. The path will therefore be completely closed from the restaurant Le Mounier to the reception. The entrance to Mounier Health & Sports care included. The bike parking areas will be located in the gymnasium car park, behind Le Mounier 2.

The temporary entrance

All visitors arriving at the front of the centre will now have to use the temporary entrance on the left of the sports centre, following the pavement. The new entrance will be marked by several signs. It leads to the Squash and the indoor cycling studio. Simply follow the corridor to reach the reception. The new path is shown in red on the attached plan.

The entrance for buses

For safety reasons, buses must drop pupils off at the entrance located between tennis courts 4/5 and 6/7/8. To arrive on the right side of the street, the driver must take the avenue Hippocrate then go down the chemin de la Crète. This way, the children will be directly inside the sports centre.
