Le karaté SHOTOKAI de Harada Sensei est un Art Martial traditionnel basé sur la fluidité des mouvements. Il participe au développement harmonieux du corps et de l’esprit.
Pratiqué régulièrement, le SHOTOKAI engendre une très bonne condition physique, améliore la gestion du stress, canalise l’énergie et renforce la concentration.
L’accent est mis sur un travail intense et efficace avec partenaire.
Cette pratique n’est pas destinée à la compétition.
La pratique du SHOTOKAI s’adresse à tous.
