Music-based activities aimed at improving physical fitness, working on strength training, endurance and flexibility.

Our 2 classes are open to anyone aged 12 and over who enjoys moving, burning energy and wants to look after their body in a dynamic spirit and with a smile …

Choose between the annual subscription (between 30 and 32 classes at €7) and the 10-class card (€95). Missed classes can be made up.

The classes are taught by a PE teacher specialising in group body-conditioning classes set to music, with over 30 years' experience.
