The membership fee includes access to the courts, insurance and affiliation to the AFT.

Unlimited court bookings but not simultaneous, in order to offer a fairer rotation of the courts, which allows a greater number of members to enjoy our facilities, and within shorter timeframes;

play with non-members: half of the court fee is to be paid by bank card via the app;

Frequently asked questions
Why become a member of the Tennis Club Mounier? +
Members can book up to 14 days ahead, compared with 7 days for non-members. You can meet players of all levels and request to join the players’ WhatsApp groups.
You can also take part in organised matches, interclub fixtures and events listed in the club calendar.

What is a "game"? +
A game is a slot for one player in a match lasting 1 hour.
Each member has 2 games per week, which they can use to book a court.
New this year:
The player who books must invite another member to join their game.
They have 24 hours to change the partner's name if needed.
I am a member, can I play with a non-member? +
Yes. Your membership allows you to invite an external player, who must pay half the price of the court.
Payment is made via the Big Captain app, once the guest has created a login on the platform.
Can I book for another player? +
No. Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable to a third party.
In the event of a check:
Any infringement will result in a fine of €75.
Centre staff reserve the right to immediately exclude the member for the remainder of the season.
Any attempted fraud (e.g. playing under another member's name) may lead to exclusion without notice, with no refund or compensation possible.
Can I suspend my membership? +
Yes, but only on presentation of a medical certificate justifying unavailability of more than one month.
The suspension will take effect from the date the certificate is sent to: tennis@mounier.be
Can I take tennis lessons? +
Yes, but only with the approved coaches of the Mounier Tennis School.
All lesson requests must be made through the school's manager ( tennis@mounier.be ).
